temperature, then we filter water The dates are well, so we keep the water
in another bowl. Then we add very hot water to the amount of date water
that we separated and isolated. We mix them well with each other, then put
it on the fire again, at a medium temperature for an hour. In the first
hour, we stir from time to time and in the last half an hour we turn it.
Continuously until the texture of the molasses thickens, after this period
has passed, we raise it on the fire and leave it until it cools, then we
keep it in clean and tightly closed glass containers. This is how the
dates are ready for use and used in many delicious recipes
Other fillings that we can use in stuffing dates, including the cocoa
