Shawarma
Shawarma is a middle eastern dish made of grilled meat that has been peeled from a
rotating spit. Shawarma can be made with chicken, lamb, beef or turkey. It
is usually served with tahini sauce, hummus and pita bread.

How to prepare :

cut the chicken into small pieces and season it with salt, lemon juice,

suitable size pan and put the chicken pieces in it on a medium heat with a
little olive oil, chicken broth cube, and spices, add onions, garlic,
pepper and stir until they are cooked and redden and leave them aside.
Then cut the potatoes in the form of medium-sized fingers and fry them in
the oil, then lift them and put them aside, then grease the tortilla loaf
with mayonnaise and add lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots to it, then put
the chicken shawarma on the vegetables. Then add the fried potatoes and
tahini sauce and wrap the loaf, and then repeat the process and steps For
the rest of the loaves, the shawarma is placed in suitable plates for
serving and served.
How to make mayonnaise sauce
Preparation Ingredients:
A cup of vegetable oil. One egg Two tablespoons of lemon juice A pinch of
salt Drops of vinegar Half a tablespoon of mustard One clove of grated
garlic Black pepper.
How to prepare:
The first step: Bring a small plastic bowl, put the yolk, then the
specified drops of lemon juice, the mustard ingredient, and a pinch of
salt, then beat with the hand mixer for a minute.
The second step: After the ingredients have failed well, the rest of the
ingredients are added from the oil and stirred using the hand mixer and
continue to stir until ten minutes have passed.
It is preferable to stir with a paddle attachment until the mayonnaise
mixture becomes somewhat heavy and free of lumps.
It is preferable that mayonnaise sauce be used cold, so you can put it in
the refrigerator in a package until use as desired.
This mayonnaise is consumed within five days
