A tagine is a Moroccan dish made of chicnke, beef, or lamb. It is also made from a variety of vegetables, including potatoes, carrots, and peas. The dish is cooked in a tagine, a type of pot with a conical lid.
Recipe ingredients:

How to prepare:
Fry the chopped onions and garlic in the heating pot after adding an

well until the onions and garlic wilt and turn golden. Add the chopped
chicken pieces to the onion and garlic saucepan, reduce the heat to the
lowest level, then stir well to mix with the spices, onions and garlic.
Pour over the saucepan a quantity of water, so that it covers the
available amount of chicken, then put the lid on it until it is
completely cooked. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes Fry the
potatoes with a little oil or ghee, then put them in another pot on the
fire, then add the soft
cheese on top, and stir them together until the cheese melts and overlaps with
the fried potatoes. Take out the mature chicken pieces from the pot The
first, and cut it into small pieces, then add it to the mixture of
potatoes and cheese. Add to the previous mixture the chopped minus, the
remains of the broth and the five eggs after mixing them well with a
fork and stir the mixture. Put the entire mixture in the oven tray after
greasing its bottom and edges with a little fat or oil, then put the
tray into the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C, until the broth dries
completely, and its surface becomes golden. - Remove the tray from the
oven and cut the tagine into equal squares and arrange them in a plate.

Preparation of cheese tagine in an Algerian way:
Ingredients:
1 minced chicken breast, 4 diced potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 3
eggs, 100 g cheese, 1/2 chopped onion, mixed spices, 3 tablespoons
olives without seeds.
How to prepare:
In a frying pan on the fire, put a little oil, then fry the onions
until browned, add the minced chicken with spices and stir well until
cooked and set aside. In the oil pan, fry the potatoes until they are
slightly browned in a tagine, mix the fried chicken with the fried

well, sprinkle cheese on the face, then enter the tagine in a preheated
oven for 20 minutes.
