On the other hand, we go to the dough that has fermented from the bowl on the work surface and cut it into four equal pieces in the form of a circle and put it aside when we are done covering the balls, Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour, take one of the dough balls and open it in a circular way, We prepare the cooking tray, sprinkle it with a little flour, and then put the dough on it that we had opened. We press a little with the tips of the fingers on the edges of the pizza dough to remove the air to avoid swelling when cooking.

Cover the dough with tomato sauce, add chopped peppers to the minced meat slices, black olives and champignon slices, then put them in the oven at 175 degrees for a minute of olive oil and grated cheese, then return to the oven to melt the cheese, we continue in the same way the rest of the dough.
