minutes.
On the other hand, we empty the couscous into an open bowl, put a
quantity of oil on it, put it in it well, and then put it on a saucepan
designated for steaming when the steam comes out of the couscous Then we return it to the pot, after the water has drained again, then
put it in the open container, open it, put a spoon of butter on it, and
put it in it well, and thus the couscous is ready.
After 45 minutes of cooking the broth, turn off the heat, and the sauce
is ready.
serving a plate:
We prepare a serving plate, empty it in a quantity of
couscous, put pieces of meat and chickpeas on it, then decorate it on the sides
with artichokes and turnips, then pour the desired amount of sauce on
it.
