Now we will prepare the minced meat sauce, first we roast the onions on a low heat and add the minced meat to it, let it cook a little, add garlic and one tomato in a little black pepper,After the minced meat has browned a little, we prepare the formed potatoes in the form of pellets and stuff them with minced meat. After all the quantity is formed, we prepare the cheddar cheese.
We grate it on our plate and then put the dish in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts on the plate and it is ready to eat.




Note:that people who love chicken can replace it in the place of meat and you must do the same way and put the same spices and stuff the potatoes with chicken, but I myself prefer minced meat in this dish because the potatoes are called amazing,especially if we add cheddar cheese, it gives a background to the dish and an amazing taste.
