We wash the dried fruits well, take a quantity of dried plums, put them in a bowl, cover them with hot water, leave them aside, then put a tablespoon of butter in them, then add the peeled almonds, roast them well, then add the pieces of meat, add a cinnamon stick to them, fry them, then clean four cups of water, add the dried pineapples Dried kiwi, dried grapes, and dried apricots, Let it cook a little together for about half an hour, then add the amount of dried prunes after filtering it from the water that was soaked in it, then add two cups of sugar, let it melt, then mix the ingredients and when they are set, turn off the lights.

We prepare a serving dish, decorate it with fruits and plums, pineapple, kiwi, apricots and grapes, add pieces of meat, and nine with cinnamon sticks and almonds.

This dish may be called by another name, except it is “ghbeh al-sufra” which is an Algerian word.

Preparation method“ghbeh al-sufra”:

We need three cups of fun almonds, they are medium, provided that the almonds are peeled, a small spoonful of vanilla, a cup of only a quarter of sugar, 12 white yolks.

Preparation: We need an open bowl, put three cups of blanched almonds, add a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla to it.

Mix the ingredients well, then add 12 egg yolks, mixing well by hand, To make it firm, we cover it with transparencies and let it rest a little on the work surface. We spread the transparencies on it. We take a quantity of this dough and open it, then we prepare stamps and print the dough in shapes such as the shape of a heart or the shape of a crescent.

After printing, we put them in a tray and cover them with transparent paper. We leave them to rest for six hours until they firm up well. Then we bring a frying pan with a decent amount of oil and then start frying these grains.

Thus, the ghosts of the trip are ready. They can be added to the sweetmeat dish in the middle of the tropics, following the same method for making this dish.
