Homemade Almond baklava

Many people enjoy baklava as an after-meal dessert, but it is also served at weddings and other special occasions in the Middle East. A mixture of phyllo dough, butter, nuts and honey makes this dessert popular all over the world.
the ingredients:
250 grams of flour 50 grams of maizena, one egg, a small amount of paint, a pinch of salt, vanilla, a cup of water mixed with blossom water, 150 grams of cocoa, half a cup of sugar, two tablespoons of rose water, honey.
method of preparation:
We bring a bowl, put the farina and the mayonnaise, one egg, a pinch of salt, and put a little vanilla from the blossom water, about half a cup,Mix them a little and add water to them and then mix until we have a dough. Leave it for 15 minutes and then we bring another bowl and put the peanuts in it.We put half a cup of sugar and a little vanilla on it and sprinkle it with rose water and rub it with our hands a little,So that our mixture sticks, and now we divide our dough into six pieces and start rolling it out one by one to get a well round and flat shape.
Note: at this stage, it is recommended to use a special machine for the dough to become completely flat.
After this step, our dough should become very thin. Now we take a large plate and wipe it with paint or butter.After that we put a layer of dough on top of the large plate and after placing the layer of dough we grease it again with butter and put a second layer of dough on top of it in the same way as the first and continue in this way until we put five layers on top of some of the dough,After this step, we put the filling that we made from the peanuts in the first step, and then we put five layers of dough on top of the filling,Now, after this step, we start cutting it into the appropriate shapes for us, whether rectangular or square, as you wantThe last step is to wipe it a third time with melted butter, and we will put the decorations, whether they are peanuts, almonds or walnuts, as you wish. We put a walnut on top of each piece, for example, or almonds.We put it in the oven and heat it from below at a temperature of 180 degrees for about an hour, After the end of the hour, we turn off the oven from below and turn it on from above for ten minutes or a quarter of an hour until our sweet is browned from above.
Finally we take it out of the oven and put honey on it and water it well and leave it for 24 hours and after this time it becomes ready and soft to eat.
